Fornaio day – 4/5 hours

  • meeting with our guide at the selected place
  • walking tour of Alberobello, including the visit of a trullo from the inside if possible
  • arrival at a local bakery and cooking lesson (preparation of focaccia, and/or panzerotti, and/or taralli, and/or almonds cookies and other typical products)
  • final tasting at the bakery
  • return to the initial point
